We give a range of approx. 5-7 business days. Timeline may vary due to the availability of City inspectors and permit issuance.

Can weather delay my project?
Yes. We will not begin a project if there is inclement weather in the forecast. Our customer’s satisfaction is our number one priority and we do not want to risk any interior damage.

Many homeowners worry that a darker roof may hold in more heat. However, the only difference in shingle color is personal preference. We use Title 24 approved cool roof shingles to ensure energy efficiency.
